WOLF PUP SELECT
The Wolf Pup Select program is made of up 5th, 6th, and 7th grade teams. All players are future BVSW students. Our goals for this program are to teacher future Timberwolves the offensive and defensive systems of the high school team, develop fundamentals, and build strong connections with players. All teams are coached by members of the BVSW coaching staff or former players.
Tryouts will be held on March 20th. 6th and 7th graders will tryout from 3:30-4:30 and 5th graders from 4:30-5:30. All tryouts and practices will be held at BVSW. Here is some additional information regarding the season:

Practices will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Our 6th and 7th grade teams will go from 3:30-4:30 and our 5th grade teams will go from 4:30-5:30. If there is rain and SW sports need the gym, we will either reschedule or cancel the practice.

We will be playing in the KC Premiere league and will have a guaranteed 7 game season. There are no Saturday games. All games will be played on Sundays. We are hopeful that this will be easier to plan around during the busy spring and will allow our players that play with other teams or play other sports the availability to play WP.

Games start on April 7th and will be played through May 19th. The majority of the games will be played at Shawnee Mission schools, but there is a possibility that we will have to go to Park Hill for a game once or twice throughout the season.
